Payday loans are all we can get. I need $1000.00 to get a World Merit Grant stamped by the White House and now cleared by the FBI but only have a few days to raise the money for the Anti-terrorist and Money Laundering Certificates needed to have money wired into the USA. I have been trying for months to get grants but can not pay the money for the clearance fees. Any help out there for us who want to help other disabled?
