I am currently renting the home I would like to buy. I was out of work due to my son’s illness and because of such my credit is poor as with other reason including a high student loan when pursuing my Master Degree. What can I do to keep or obtain this home and keep my family from being in the street because I have put so much in to this home I can not afford to rent another.

Hi My name is Kim and my husband and i have bad credit due to medical bills from the past three years. We found out in April that our insurance company was suppose to pay about ten of these bills in full, so they did in April. But i had my husbands credit ran and the score was 574 no inprovement. We want to get preapproved for buying my Husbans, Fathers house which my husbands portion would go into it. The house would be 130.0000 for us. I cannot find anyone to give us a loan. We have four children and we live in a basement apartment. My kids need a backyard to play in. Can someone help me id love to have my kids grow up in the house my husband did . Thank you!

MY HUSBAND AND I ARE TRYING TO FIND ANOTHER BIGGER HOME, RENTING MY HOUSE TO OWN AND ALMOST DONE WITH THAT. OUR CREDIT ARE BOTH BAD ON HOSPITAL BILLS AND A LEMON CAR THAT WE RETURNED ABOUT 8 OR 9 YEARS AGO THAT WON’T COME OFF OUR CREDIT, WE PURCHASED A NEW CAR FROM THE SAME PEOPLE AND PROMISED US THAT THEY WOULD TAKE THAT AMOUNT OUT OUR CREDIT AND IT DIDN’T HAPPEN. MY HUSBAND IS SELF EMPLOYED AND STRUGGLING WITH HIS TRUCKING BUISNESS AND I AM DOING OK TEACHING MEDICAL ASSISTANTING BUT ONLY GETTING AVERAGE INCOME, I KNOW WE CAN MAKE IT BUT NEED A BRAKE. WE ARE GETTING SOME ONE TO HELP US OUT A LITTLE IN FIXING OUR CREDIT AS MUCH AS WE CAN BUT SOME OF IT IS NOT GOING TO GO AWAY. AFTER FIXING OUR CREDIT A LITTLE, WE WILL GO TO BACK TO HELP US. I need help. I am in foreclosure and wish to save home. I have a 2nd mortgage with high percentage rate of interest. Wish to get it decreased, then i will be able to handle payments easier. Trying not to do bankrupcy.

I have a land contract for a home that i need to refinance. I only need $60,000 and the house is valued at roughly $75k. My credit is 580 but I make $130,000. I have one old credit card that is $13k (after interest and fees). How can I refinance this land contract?

My mother in law put her house up for us and provided us with a mortgage so we could buy a mobile home. It is on rented land and we owe all together 190000. Can you please give me help for I am at the end of my line.

Hi! My husband and I would like to purchase the home we are currently renting, as the landlady has just notified us that she will be in foreclosure within 6 months. (We have to either buy this one or find another rental.) I’ve calculated the payment for what she says the home will list for on short-sale, and a PITI mortgage @ 8% over 30 yrs. would be less per month than what we are paying in rent right now! But our credit is REALLY bad for a couple of reasons. My husband has a large child support debt. (He makes scheduled payments on it every month, but the balance is still HUGE because of accrued interest for several years while he was out of work.) I also have medical bills on my credit report becuase I became very ill suddenly (while we had no health insurance) and now I’m not able to work anymore. My husband is a dept. head for a major aerospace corporation and makes good money even by California standards, so we can afford the payments on the home. Is there any hope for us in getting a mortgage with a low FICO and lousy debt ratio?

Hi, I am looking to buy my first home for me and my son. I make a steady salary of over 60000 plus a yearly bonus as a store manager. My credit is in the 500’s, but I have never been late with my rent. I am looking for a small loan of 100000-150000. I would like someone to help me with my options. My goal is to move into a house for the new year.

What companies are reliable mortagages for people with bad credit? I tried to access some of the ones on line with the BBB but the don’t seem to be on the BBB website? Any suggestions to get a reliable list of mortgage companies
